Please take a moment to print it out, complete the form and fax it with a copy of your business license, government tax identification number, or government issued contractor's license to 717.555.1212, or complete using your computer, and email with scanned attachments to marting@musicianswarehousedubai.com. Your application will be reviewed immediately, and you will be notified within two business days of its approval.
All approved applications will be assigned a login name and password giving you full access to the Musicians Warehouse Dubai website and our incredible wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing is available to retailers in the trade.
